Nayaks Trading Co was started in the year 1956. The initial trading items consisted of threads and tailoring items. With a rise in home construction and rising demand for building materials, the promoters Late Shri Krishna Nayak and Late Shri Prabhakar Nayak saw an opportunity to venture into the field. Soon, by building a good business network in the then undivided Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts, Nayaks Trading Co became a name to reckon with to do business. Any new retail store would always start business with Nayaks and many stores are still continuing to do business with us. This is a reflection of our commitment to our dealers in providing quality items through all our years of business.

Shri Ram Paints and Hardware was started in the year 1980 with a vision of supplying paint and painting materials. The early days of paint only consisted of Cement based colours with brands such as Snowcem ruling the market. Shri Ram Paints became the distributor for Snowcem products and soon with good performance, we were selected as the first dealer for Asian Paints in the Coastal Karnataka region. Our marketing capabilities also enhanced in the interior regions and were also granted exclusive dealership for Finolex brand pipes and Fittings for their agricultural pipes.

Nayaks commercials is a firm that deals in Pidilite products and distributes them to the Mangalore region. The firm was established in the year 1992 and currently deals with Fevicol and Dr. Fixit brands.
